It’s Friday morning folks. That can only mean one thing, time for as climb…?
Ok, most people might have to go to work, but the joys of working at Boulders means I’m off to train. Today’s workout is all about Si’s strength endurance session.
I’ll be doing 4 sets of 4 reps on the circuit boards. Each rep will have a 2 min break between them, and I’ll rest for longer between sets. Each time I’m aiming to get to between 20 and 30 moves through the circuit before I come off due to being pumped.
