Below is a screen shot of this seasons Training plan. Sessions highlighted we will do during Squad Training that week. The remaining sessions should be done in your own time where possible, with many being possible at home. It is vital that you keep a record of of each session so we can review your training periodically, remember information is power!
Keep records of any additional training, or if you missed training and record the reason – ill,holiday etc…
If you miss a squad session you can potentially see what we shall be doing and complete this session elsewhere. There are links to Session plans below which break down each session and give instruction on how to complete with guides on volume and intensity.
We may change the plan to more suit your individual needs as the season goes on, but you and your coach will discuss this within squad sessions.
