Climbing technique course
Climbing technique courses are run over two, two-hour lessons (in consecutive weeks), one of Boulders instructors will introduce you and coach you through the skills and techniques to start climbing the hard stuff!
During the course you will develop your climbing technique and be introduced to ideas like sequences and movement skills. The course also explains the more physical aspects of climbing; including warming-up essentials and basic physiology of climbing.
The technique coaching course takes place on a Tuesday or Thursday between 7:30pm - 9:30pm.
- You must be a competent top rope climber to start this course
- The course is aimed at those wishing to take their climbing into the F6 grades
