Many people are put off buying climbing shoes over the internet because it can be hard to get a perfect fit. Here at Boulders though, we realise that many people can't just nip to the shop to try shoes on, which is why we have a totally hassle-free returns policy. If you buy your climbing shoes from us, we're happy to take them back to exchange for a different size or model (as long as you haven't been out climbing in them!), and we'll usually dispatch your replacement the same day we receive your return.
