Whether a novice, or an expert, the yoga classes here at Boulders are designed to support your climbing, whilst also helping to develop your flexibility and fitness.


Yoga has been shown to help climbers in many ways:

  • Improved speed of recovery from injury

  • Improved sleep
  • Good overall warm up or warm down, before or after climbing

Using the body more mindfully can help you to climb through more demanding sections, to tire less quickly and to recover faster.

Our yoga teacher Tori has tailored traditional yoga teaching and applied it to her teaching for climbers. Classes cost £3.00 for GOLD members and £6 for non members.* Booking for these classes is essential and can be done by calling the Boulders reception team on 02920 484880.

Mats are provided – please wear something you can move freely in.
