Rope Climb with Kids

You can bring your kids to boulder independently without needing to book in advance, but you do need to have experience as a roped climber. You need to be able to belay, fit a harness, and tie a figure of 8 knot. If you can do these things, you can go rope climbing with your kids. If you can’t do any of these things, you need to book them on a session with an instructor.

Please note that you can only supervise 2 children at a time. You won’t be allowed into the climbing areas with more than two children per 1 adult.

You will need to register yourself and the children before you climb. When you arrive, you’ll be asked to demonstrate your competency before we let you enter the climbing areas. There are three forms you need to complete in order to take your children rope climbing independently.
