Learn to Move 1

This class aims to build on the basic skills you already have and improve your performance through direct feedback and coaching. The classes will work on areas such as movement skills and footwork, sequences and the physiology of climbing, and is also an opportunity for you to ask questions specific to your needs.

£15pp for an 80 minute session, Wednesdays at 18:30

Learn to Move 2

This is the 2nd class in the series and builds upon what was taught in the first class and add some new techniques, such as grip types, heel hooks, the 'step through' method, and the 'flag' method.

Learn to Move 3

This is the 3rd class in the series and builds upon what was taught in the first and second classes and adds some new techniques, such as dyno techniques, the drop knee technique, and how to read routes.
