Group Coaching

The best beginners coaching money can buy! Guaranteed to have you climbing harder than ever before, you can book onto individual weeks to address certain weaknesses or attend the whole 6-week course. Suitable for adults, climbing around V3. Sessions take place on the bouldering walls, but these techniques are just as applicable to all forms of roped climbing.

Running on Monday each week from 18:30 for 80 minutes. There are only 6 spots in each class so book early to avoid disappointment!

£16 per individual session (£7 for members).

Week 1: FOOTWORK - Toes, Edging, Precision, Smearing, Swaps

Week 2: FUNDAMENTAL MOVEMENT - Straight Arms, Using Legs, Centre of Gravity

Week 3: FLUIDITY OF MOVEMENT - Flagging, Twisting, Momentum

Week 4: DYNAMIC MOVEMENT - Pops, Slaps, Deadpoints, Dynos

Week 5: TACTICS AND MENTALITY - Routereading, Fear, Falling, Projecting

Week 6: OVERHANGS AND SLAB - Body Tension, Balance, Application of Techniques

 

1-1 Coaching

We offer a range of bespoke 1-1 coaching. Detailed analysis of where you are at; an understanding of where you want to be, and a plan of how we are going to get you there! Make the New Year count and treat yourself to some specialist advice from the friendly local experts. Most suited for climbers at around V3-4.
